Saramadi Kabba Finally Laid to Rest

One of Sierra Leone and Africa's most distinguished Journalist, former president of the Sierra Leone Football Association ( SLFA) cultural personality Alhaji Saramadi Kabba was laid to rest on October 26, 2016 after a befitting funeral ceremony at AL Rashid Mosque and was buried at the Muslim Cemetery outside Edmonton AB, Canada.
Shiehk Nasir Ibrahim who officiated at the mosque and graveside respectively, admonished the immediate family, relatives, cross section of the Sierra Leone African Communities and friends to put God first in all we do, noting death was inevitable.
He cautioned mourners to guard against things that weren't good in the sight of Allah and prayed for God's forgiveness for whatever sins the late Alhaji Saramadi Kabba might have committed, while he was Alive.
After burial mourners turned out at a packed Hall in north Edmonton for a reception, where a host of speakers including religious leaders from the muslim and Christian faiths, family members and other distinguishes personalities delivered heartfelt speeches in memory of the deceased.
