SALNAM's Senior Day - March 25, 2023 - Winnipeg, Canada

The Sierra Leone Nationals Association of Manitoba (SALNAM) executive is cordially inviting our 55+ community members to attend an event organized to recognize their presence in our community and to also introduce them to some benefits most of us are not aware of here in Canada.
We are therefore delighted to encourage members to please attend this event on Sunday March 25, 2023 at the Precious Blood Roman Catholic Community Hall, 200 Kenny Street, Winnipeg.
We do recognize that the event is taking place during the holy month of Ramadan, considering that, the program is going to be snapping or brief. We want you to know different speakers from the Canadian government are coming to grace the event with beneficial information for us all.
As we all know knowledge is power. Our goal is to see our community members gain from this event. Furthermore, take-away food will be available for people observing the holy month.
The next update is we are passionately looking for volunteers to assist us in teaching kids Sierra Leone ethnic dance and style. We have a large number of kids who are ready to be taught, we are appealing to the community members to please come on board to help showcase our culture in Canada.
Sierra Leone Independence day Celebrations, yes, tickets are coming out soon. So please lets us schedule for April 29, 2023, and a Youth event on April 28, 2023. Please let us all come together to celebrate one another. Remember happiness is within us let us not allow anyone or anything stop us from associating with our brothers and sisters.
